Using a baseballwristbandsigns.com wristcard for signaling calls is easy, efficient and most importantly pick proof.
Have you ever been in a game or series when the other team figures out your indicator and signals? With our wristband, your signals will never be picked again.
The Pitching System
Step 1: Give your catcher a wristband with card already inserted.
Step 2: From the dug out, use your hand to signal a 3 digit number to the catcher. For example:
Hold up 1 finger = 1, Hold up 2 fingers = 2, Hold up 3 fingers = 3, Hold up 4 fingers = 4, and hold up 5 fingers = 5.
For #145, signal 1 finger, back to fist, 4 fingers, back to fist, 5 fingers back to fist. Coaching Point: It is important to verbalize the call as well, especially early on in the process.
Step 3: The catcher will look at his wristband and find column 14, go down 5 rows, and there is the call.
